In the fall, the skin that is preparing for winter feels particularly attacked. Between the decrease in sunlight, the drop in temperatures and the wind, the body undergoes a significant transition and it becomes tired. This translates into a greater sensitivity on the skin than usual: dry skin, wrinkles, dull complexion, inflammation and redness (acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, etc.).

So here are 5 tips to help your skin through this transition.

  1. ADAPTING YOUR DIET: doing a detox cure

Our diet is often too inflammatory, the skin can no longer eliminate toxins in this season, which causes skin problems such as eczema or acne and dull skin. A small detox diet based on seasonal fruits and vegetables will help your body in the fall to eliminate toxins and calm inflammation.

  1. MOISTURIZE YOUR SKIN EVERY MORNING

  1. EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN EVERY MONTH

Or every two weeks for thicker skin with our light scrub.

To properly approach this new season, free your skin from accumulated dead cells. This is a very important step in the fall because cell renewal tends to be slowed down during this season. By exfoliating your skin, you help your skin to regenerate and this allows the products to better act on your skin.

The anti-wrinkle results are nevertheless longer to arrive than with the gua sha since we mainly work on the radiance of the face and the luminosity of the complexion.

Conversely, if you are looking for an effective anti-aging tool quickly and you want to spend a little time on it, opt instead for gua sha. It requires more precise and longer gestures but it will give you more visible results on the oval of the face and the firmness of the skin.
