DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMES
The products will be sent to the delivery address that the buyer indicated during the order process.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, at the address indicated by the customer, a notice of passage is normally left in the mailbox. The customer can then collect the package from their post office within 10 days following the deposit of this notice.
The customer can find out about the transport costs by continuing the order process when viewing their basket. The transport costs indicated are expressed including all taxes (TTC).
Within hours of the customer choosing and validating the order, the customer will be informed by email that the order has been received at the address provided. The customer will then receive a second email from the carrier indicating that the package has been received and the tracking number. This number will allow the customer to keep informed of the progress of the delivery by visiting the website of our carrier partner.
Shipping time
All announced deadlines are calculated in working days.
The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation and release times from our workshops of the customer's order. They run from the validation of the order.
To this period, the delivery time of the carrier must be added.
Exceeding the shipping time may result in cancellation of the order if the order is not shipped from our warehouses. To do this, simply fill out the form in the Contacts section of the website www.cho-nature.com or contact us at +33 (0) 1 79 72 76 00.
For an order consisting of multiple products, the shipping time for that order is then based on the longest shipping time.
Except for special operations, all items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours.
delivery time
Unless otherwise stipulated, the products will be delivered within the time limits applied by the carrier. That is, 48 hours in Metropolitan France (Colissimo).
These delivery times are average times only. They will vary depending on the destination and do not include public holidays or weekends.
Each delivery will be deemed to have been made upon the product being made available to the customer by the carrier.
Returns and complaints
In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return of the products.
Information to send to us
In order to facilitate the processing of your return, we need the following information:
- The order number concerned by your return request
- List of affected products
- The reason for return
- A photograph of the product in its current state
As a reminder, if you return your order, the products offered must also be returned. Please also note that return costs are applicable on each order and individually.
Product status
The statutory right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been opened or used after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We therefore invite you to ensure that the products are returned in the original package. In this context, you are liable.
Any product returned damaged, particularly due to lack of protection in unsuitable packaging, will be considered a damaged product and cannot be refunded.

We will get back to you with a return delivery slip to stick on the package. You can then return your order by dropping off the package at the post office, which will cost you 4.90 euros (deducted from your final refund). These return costs are applied according to the current rates charged by the carriers.
The package will be sent to our warehouse to be received, checked and then processed by our teams. If your return is compliant, the refund will be made as soon as possible.
Please note that returned products must also be part of the original package and must not be from a previous claim. In this case, customer service will offer you a solution adapted to the situation.
