❓ Black Friday Special FAQ – CHO Nature

1. When do the Black Friday deals start and end?

Our Black Friday promotions start on November 27th at 7pm and end on December 1st at midnight , while stocks last.

2. Are stocks limited?

Yes. Black Friday attracts many customers, and some products can sell out quickly. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible.

3. Can I combine Black Friday discounts with another promo code?

Unless otherwise stated, Black Friday promotions cannot be combined with other offers, promo codes or benefits.

4. Do the products on promotion have a short expiry date?

No. At CHO Nature, we never sell off products that are close to their expiry date.
All products sold during Black Friday meet our freshness and quality standards, with normal expiry dates , perfectly in line with the expected shelf life (see dedicated article).
If a product has a shorter DM (minimum durability date), this is always clearly indicated in the product sheet.

5. What are the delivery times during Black Friday?

Due to the large number of orders, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Generally, allow 2 to 5 working days in mainland France.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, we no longer do gift wrapping.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?

During Black Friday, order preparation is quick. Cancellation or modification is not always possible, but please contact our customer service as soon as possible: if your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to help you.

8. What should I do if a product I received is damaged or does not match my order?

Contact us within 48 hours at contact@cho-nature.com with a photo of the product in question. We will offer you an exchange, a replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.

9. Can I return a product purchased during Black Friday?

Yes, the usual return conditions apply. You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (unopened, unused products).

10. Are the products the same as the rest of the year?

Absolutely! The promotions cover the same formulations , the same quality and the same manufacturing standards as the rest of the year.
